History of the World

From lizards giving feral roars,

To humans hunting wild boars.

From rickety shack,

To palace with toilets at the back.

From stone clubs and bats,

To shiny silver swords and hats.

From sluggish cattle,

To furious battle.

From the humble sword and shield,

To mighty gun that makes men yield.

From wars that kill,

To the next electric bill.
